Dr. Robert Lima

Owner/Optometrist O.D.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. Lima studied at the University of Ottawa before obtaining his Doctorate of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. During his studies, Dr. Lima had the opportunity to intern at different medical complexes, such as the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. He also participated in a VOSH mission trip to Honduras, to provide eye care for communities with limited access.

After finishing his studies, Dr. Lima returned to the Ottawa area and has focused on the highest level of eye care, including primary care Optometry, disease management, and Vision Therapy to correct depth perception inaccuracies, eye turns, and double vision.

Other than his passion for Optometry, Dr. Lima enjoys the outdoors and engaging in an active, healthy lifestyle.

Meghan Lima

Admin & Strategy, Mrs.

Originally from Michigan, Meghan completed a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences before pursuing her Dental Hygiene degree at Ferris State University. Meghan's passion for health care has been instrumental in the creation and operation of EyeTech. Meghan shares Dr. Lima's dream of bringing quality eye care to Richmond in an office environment that is family-friendly and patient-centred. Most days, Meghan continues her career as a Dental Hygienist but can also be found in the office helping with a variety of tasks. 

In her free time, Meghan enjoys working out and exploring the outdoors. She loves playing soccer and watching NFL football games, especially her home-state team, the Detroit Lions.
